The Marketing Operations Associate manages all technologies and platforms within the Marketing and Sales Department including: Salesforce, Pardot, Website Content Management, and social media platforms. The Marketing Operations Associates role executes all marketing outreach initiatives and reports results from each campaign.
 
This position will track the success of marketing campaigns and create post-campaign reporting for Marketing, Sales, and Account Management. Based on the data collected, the Marketing Operations Associate will recommend how future campaigns are built and how we develop target audiences to maximize the impact of Prodigo's marketing investments. This role works in a team setting so it is the responsibility of the Marketing Operations Associate to maintain strong working relationships with peers and cross-functional teams including Sales, Account Management, and Client Services teams. Required skills for this role include platform experience, communication, digital marketing campaign management, social media channel management.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the marketing initiatives with meeting and document preparation, production and delivery.
  • Evaluate and track all marketing and sales tactics.
  • Ensure coordination and clear communication among constituents on all activities.
  • Identify and detail appropriate activities that drive sales and support customer retention through data analysis and market research.
  • Cross-departmental collaboration to ensure proper execution and alignment of deliverables.
  • Manage marketing reporting.
  • Create and execute campaigns and tactics identified by Senior Marketing leadership that engage, educate and retain clients, drive demand, and support revenue and business goals.
  • Manage and update the website to support messaging updates determined by other marketing roles.
  • Draft process flows for marketing platforms to be stored on the Marketing Knowledgebase
  • Document processes and specific platform information in the Marketing Knowledgebase
  • Manage and oversee all marketing platforms and tools including Salesforce updates and enhancements.
  • Perform the day-to-day operations and support of any assigned marketing department platforms or programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in data analytics, market research, or sales support required. Other backgrounds involving analysis, data, or marketing are also welcome
  • Experience in sales, marketing, data analytics are preferred
  • Marketing, Communications, and/or Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Salesforce CRM and Pardot marketing automation experience preferred.
  • Certification/experiences in SEO, Google Platforms, website development, back-end coding.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines concurrently.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to interface with all levels of management.
  • Diversified marketing channel experience.Good computer skills
