Marketing Director - Prodigo Solutions

Prodigo Solutions is hiring a Director of Marketing to join their growing team! 
 
Under the direction of the Vice President of Product Strategy and Data Analytics, the Director of Marketing provides administrative, operational, and strategic support for the various functional departments at Prodigo [Sales, Account Management, Product Development] and marketing operations [market intelligence, public relations, communications, design].
 
We are looking for a proven, data-driven marketer to own the upstream and downstream marketing funnel for our company. You will oversee the execution of the marketing strategy across all marketing channels to grow, engage and retain our customer base by helping generate and convert leads into customers and customers into active fans and promoters of our company. You will also be responsible to gather market intelligence to inform strategic decisions by stakeholders from across the company. You will conduct comprehensive market data analyses that will be used to develop business cases for development activities related to Prodigo's product roadmap. This role requires a high level of creativity, analysis, research, and thought leadership. You will be working in a fast-paced, progressive environment managing multiple projects at once.

Responsibilities:
  • Content Development:
    • Create content regularly to grow the company's digital asset footprint; collaborating with members of the company, including executives, to craft and pitch our message through various channels and thought leadership forums.
    • Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (newsletters, blog posts, whitepapers, webinars, infographics, etc.).
    • Collaborate with designers and sales to produce relevant collateral that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience.
  • Public Relations and Promotion:
    • Connect with influential media outlets and journalists to place stories about company news and other initiatives.
    • Assist with trade show and conference event planning, including working with vendors, event coordinators and design teams for on-site logistics and marketing collateral.
    • Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our product.
  • Digital Marketing:
    • Grow new leads, marketing-qualified leads that result in meaningful interactions for Sales.
    • Direct marketing and communication department in the creation of marketing material.
    • Collaborate with sales, marketing and product management teammates to support our website design and content marketing (blog, social media assets, and more); nurturing our target market based on behavioral triggers to encourage website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, newsletter subscriptions, etc.) and responses to other digital marketing campaigns.
    • Manage both on-page SEO and off-page SEO for the company to improve organic search engine performance, click-through rates, tracking site traffic and conversions.
    • Build and manage the company's social media profiles and presence including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
    • Attract site visitors through search, social media and email subscribers.
  • Market Intelligence:
    • Direct the Commercial Market Research and support Government outreach efforts; becoming the subject matter expert on and provide market intelligence in all aspects of supply chain technology and core market trends that relate to Prodigo's technology, products and services by reading industry reports, conducting market research and informing our leadership on:
      • Industry trends
      • Technology trends
      • Product trends for existing and potential products, including total addressable market sizing (TAM) and projected market share
      • Competitor trends and key insights, including pricing models and positioning Client interests, priorities and challenges by type of client
  • Program Management:
    • Work with the VP, Product Strategy and Data Analytics to create and maintain strategic planning and quality initiatives on an annual basis and is responsible for ongoing review of variance analysis.
    • Handle day-to-day personnel, operational and budgetary oversight within the Marketing Department.
    • Manage our core marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM) used to execute marketing campaigns and measure marketing effectiveness.
    • Develop quality metrics and measures for the department.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field required. Master's Degree preferred.
  • Five years of experience in the healthcare or software industries in a sales, account management or marketing role required.
  • Project Management experience required.
  • Some experience with preparing and monitoring operating budgets.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Strong management and presentation skills.
  • Must independently prioritize job responsibilities, exercise discretion and demonstrate initiative.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in MS Office Products required.
