Description

Purpose:
Provides oversight to all aspects of provider relationship management and performance and directs the development, implementation and ongoing administration of Curavi's provider network. Leads a team of clinical services professionals who will foster collaborative relationships with the Curavi providers and will facilitate the delivery of high quality, cost-efficient health care services to Curavi clients. Interact with customers to set appropriate goals and to establish priorities for network development. Manage provider relations and ensure the smooth functioning of the Curavi network.

Responsibilities:

•Build and retain teams through strong recruitment, mentoring and career management
•Developing a deep understanding of both products and customers in the post-acute space
•Lead network communications with a focus on clear communications to the provider community regarding clinical initiatives
•Partnering with Client Success to address client clinical concerns using both proactive and reactive approaches to meet client and potential client needs
•Participating in the sales process and in client retention efforts through on-going client interaction, attending sales presentations and other client-facing tasks, as requested
•Understanding the needs of providers and working with operations and development teams to translate those needs into product requirements
•Helping facilitate client implementations
•Leading physician engagement strategies
•Leading and directing the provider team that delivers consults for the Company - both direct employees as well as contracted consultants
•Development of the clinical strategy of Curavi along with the CMO and Medical Directors and execution of that strategy
•Providing day-to-day leadership for the Clinical Services Division

Qualifications

B.S. degree in business, health care, management or a related field is required. Master's is preferred. 7-10 years of applicable experience in health care industry is required. Strong ability to forge strong interpersonal relationships within the department, with other departments, and with the physician network. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential. Excellent planning, documentation, organizational, analytical, and problem solving abilities are required. Ability to interpret and summarize results of various analyses in a timely and meaningful way. Ability to re-engineer processes to positively impact the performance of the provider network, as well as individual provider offices. Excellent presentation skills, ability to effectively lead meetings. Ability to manage physicians and other providers. Ability to interact and consult with senior leadership to achieve business objectives.
