At Prodigo Solutions, we help create health care supply chain innovations that will impact the lives of patients in meaningful ways while reducing the overall cost of care. Prodigos data integration projects require a wide set of skills; including analysis, review and documentation of requirements throughout the project lifecycle. At its core, the Project Coordinator provides critical support to the data services team by coordinating data and other relevant information, providing support through data review [relevant to project tasks], and contributing to overall project strategy and performance. A key component of the Project Coordinator position is to assist with the operational aspects of multiple projects.


  • Prepare and present new ideas to improve current processes which impact the business.
  • Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
  • Assess project risks and issues and provides solutions where applicable.
  • Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Track and Report on project progress including metrics and challenges.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, conduct internal meetings and streamline the overall project workflow to ensure project objectives and deadlines are met.
  • Responsible for creating and managing project documentation, project schedules and project monitoring.
  • Prepare data for reporting, meeting and presentations.
  • Perform data validation and analyze data for quality improvement processes.
  • Assist entire project team complete the project within scope and schedule, serving as a liaison for the projects technical, functional and non-functional teams.



Bachelors Degree in Business or Computer Science required.5+years of relevant experience in project coordination; project management skills and knowledge of project management principles and best practices. Experience with Basic Documentation software [ MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint], Project Management Software [MS Projects, JIRA, equivalent], Diagramming Software [MS Visio, etc.].Basic proficiency in SQL and Excel required to aggregate, gather and manipulate data.Enjoys working in a fast-paced, challenging work environment. Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong technical abilities to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently. Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization; including collaboration with all levels of management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills required. Proven ability to make and meet commitments under pressure. Solid understanding of business and operational fundamentals, specifically in the healthcare supply chain industry.The successful candidate will be a self-motivated independent thinker with high energy and drive, and demonstrated leadership, teambuilding, influencing, and communication skills.
