Prodigos data integration projects require a wide set of skills; including analysis, review and documentation of requirements throughout the project lifecycle. At its core, the Project Coordinator provides critical support to the data services team by coordinating data and other relevant information, providing support through data review [relevant to project tasks], and contributing to overall project strategy and performance. A key component of the Project Coordinator position is to assist with the operational aspects of multiple projects.
Bachelors Degree in Business or Computer Science required.5+years of relevant experience in project coordination; project management skills and knowledge of project management principles and best practices. Experience with Basic Documentation software [ MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint], Project Management Software [MS Projects, JIRA, equivalent], Diagramming Software [MS Visio, etc.].Basic proficiency in SQL and Excel required to aggregate, gather and manipulate data.Enjoys working in a fast-paced, challenging work environment. Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong technical abilities to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently. Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization; including collaboration with all levels of management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills required. Proven ability to make and meet commitments under pressure. Solid understanding of business and operational fundamentals, specifically in the healthcare supply chain industry.The successful candidate will be a self-motivated independent thinker with high energy and drive, and demonstrated leadership, teambuilding, influencing, and communication skills.
