Purpose:
The Marketing and Communications Associate assesses, plans, and executes projects that support sales / retention goals and enhance Client Experience for Prodigo Solutions. The Marketing and Communications Associate will create and execute activities including: Press Releases, general sales materials, internal and external communications, marketing campaigns, and tradeshow needs. This position will develop tactical plans and manage marketing projects for all initiatives to ensure that timelines, deadlines and milestones are understood and met. It is the responsibility of the Marketing and Communications Associate to manage good relationships with the Sales and Account Management teams, as well as communication initiatives throughout the company. Requires skills for this role include; experience and superior writing skills, experience with marketing campaigns, and an eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities:

  • Creates and executes marketing plans as identified by Senior Marketing leadership that engage, educate and retain clients, drive demand, and support revenue and business goals.
  • Identifies and details appropriate activities that drive sales and support retention
  • Ensures coordination and clear communication among constituents on all activities
  • Coordinates resources and development activities to meet project objectives both on time and on budget
  • Builds and manages the strategic plan and deliverables to retain clients.
  • Supports the marketing initiatives with meeting and document preparation, production and delivery
  • Ensures adequate supplies of all client giveaway items are on hand and available when needed

 

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business development or sales support required. 2 to 5 years' experience in sales, marketing or account management preferred. Diversified marketing channel experience with must have strong knowledge of marketing, communications/public relations strategies along with market research, writing and editing skills, with strong interpersonal skills. Strong computer skills, including familiarity with digital marketing tools is required. Bonus skills: HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite. Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written and oral communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines concurrently. Demonstrated leadership skills, initiative and ability to work independently. Ability to interface with all levels of management. Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule, including the ability to travel. Healthcare experience preferred but not required
