Lead Product Designer

Description

At UPMC Enterprises, we help create health care innovations that will impact the lives of patients in meaningful, lasting ways. We build companies by partnering with existing health care technology companies to accelerate their growth or by developing new products. Central to these company-building activities is the role of the Lead Product Designer.
Lead Product Designers are new to people management. They are creative, thoughtful individuals with an expert aptitude for making, prototyping, producing best-in-class experiences, improving workflows, and paying attention to detail. They are passionate individuals that oversee small Product Design teams of up to three (3) people. Lead Product Designers will themselves receive mentorship and guidance as they create career pathing plans, complete performance reviews, and generally assist their team in producing best-in-class experiences.
