Process Coordinator, Education- Pensiamo

Purpose:
Under the supervision of the Process Consultant, Education, the Process Coordinator, Education will develop and conduct training programs for Pensiamo's clients. The educator will plan, administer, coordinate, and facilitate training programs related to a variety of applications and areas depending on the needs of the client. The educator will provide on-going assessment of the effectiveness of these programs to meet the needs of the organization and will assist in the design, development, and implementation of new and existing training programs as needed, to assist with the client's system integrations. At times, travel may exceed 50%, primarily within the United States.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as a point-of-contact for trainees
  • Assist in the design and development of education/training programs and materials using industry standards and system competencies
  • Assists in other administrative and budgeting tasks associated with training programs
  • Communicate training session information to attendees and client leadership as appropriate
  • Conduct training sessions covering specified training topics
  • Confer with management and employees to gain knowledge of work situations requiring training and to better understand changes in policies, procedures, and technologies relating to the integration
  • Demonstrates a knowledge of the core PeopleSoft Supply Chain self-service modules; ePro, Payment Request, and Expenses and other Pensiamo client's applications relevant to the integration projects
  • Demonstrates a working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Demonstrates a working knowledge or Microsoft products, e-learning authoring tools and desktop publishing
  • Formulate teaching outlines and determine instructional methods for training such as ITL, VILT, eLearning, demonstrations, conferences, meetings and workshop
  • Maintain training records (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets)
  • Maintain understanding of new training methods and determine relevancy to organization
  • Monitor informational needs and design new or modify existing training/educational programs to meet changing requirements
  • Prepare and disseminate material (e.g. instructional notes, feedback forms)
  • Provide support to appropriate departments and staff to implement newly acquired skills and knowledge across the system
  • Recommend new programs or enhancements to existing programs
  • Schedule the appropriate classroom/training venues and prepare the physical setup, including any audiovisual equipment and ensure they are properly set up
  • Submit reports on training activities and results
  • Time reporting and Travel expense management within appropriate systems. Highly organized with advanced time management skills.
  • Utilize the ADDIE Model when designing and developing curriculum materials

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, Training and Development, or related field 2 years working in an education, training or instructional design role Additional industry certification (ATD, SHRM) preferred
