Job Summary

 

The Participant Success Specialist is responsible for coordinating, executing, and actively managing onboarding activities for all new Full Health candidates, from prescription through the first day of participation.
 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the timely and correct onboarding of patients - from the start of program prescription through the first week of participation
  • Responsible for ensuring all new participant forms are properly completed
  • Assists candidates with questions and technical issues that may arise when trying to apply for an open program
  • Manages the onboarding tasks in the participant tracking system to ensure there are no delays
  • Partners with dietitians answering or escalating questions
  • Frequently follows up with team on progress of onboarding their participants and notifies them of any delays
  • Acts as the liaison between Full Health dietitians and physicians
  • Identify process improvements and present such ideas to the team
  • Will work about 24 hours per week
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications

Strong customer service skills with proven track record

  • Hands-on, efficient, great communication skills
  • Enjoys a busy day and drives closure of open items

  • Problem solving/analysis
  • Communication proficiency
  • Personal effectiveness/credibility
  • Computer savvy, Salesforce experience a plus
  • English (reading, writing, verbal)
