UPMC Presbyterian Shadyside seeks a Senior SCM Systems Support Analyst (Oracle) to work in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, PA, Warrendale, Allegheny County, PA, and Cranberry Township, Butler County, PA to provide SCM (Supply Chain Management) systems design, development and support utilizing Oracle eBusiness Suite; define current state business processes and plan and implement future state solutions; design, configure, and test end-to-end business process flows for Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, or Plan to Build; troubleshoot and solve technical issues involving EDI and internal systems interfaces; use SQL (Structured Query Language) to write reports and troubleshoot technical issues; gather and convert cross-functional business and information requirements into Oracle systems solutions; define best practices to manage performance and scalability of the content management and content delivery systems; develop and execute test plans and test scripts; collaborate with technical development teams regarding functionality enhancements, application updates, and performance issues; extend functionality utilizing forms personalization; analyze and interpret stored procedures, triggers, and functions using PL/SQL; and lead unit test case planning and implementation.

Job Responsibilities:

-Provide SCM (Supply Chain Management) systems design, development and support utilizing Oracle eBusiness Suite;

-Troubleshoot and solve technical issues involving EDI and internal systems interfaces;
-Use SQL (Structured Query Language) to write reports and troubleshoot technical issues;
-Gather and convert cross-functional business and information requirements into Oracle systems solutions;
-Define best practices to manage performance and scalability of the content management and content delivery systems;
-Develop and execute test plans and test scripts;
-Collaborate with technical development teams regarding functionality enhancements, application updates, and performance issues;
-Extend functionality utilizing forms personalization;
-Analyze and interpret stored procedures, triggers, and functions using PL/SQL; and
-Lead unit test case planning and implementation

Qualifications

Primary Requirements:
-Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Business Administration, or foreign equivalent.
-Two years of experience in the job offered or a substantially similar position.

Secondary Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Business Administration, or foreign equivalent.
-Five years of experience in the job offered or a substantially similar position.
